Future Fit 3v3 Football at Grayshott
Grayshott Future Fit is a Saturday morning hub for U7 grassroots football clubs. Clubs bring their U7 players, we calculate the Future Fit teams and every child plays a series of short 3v3 games between 09:00 and 10:00.

Where the hub runs
The hub is hosted by Grayshott Football Club in Grayshott, on the Surrey and Hampshire border near Hindhead, Headley, Liphook, Haslemere and Bordon. Clubs travelling from across Surrey and Hampshire are welcome — the aim is to give grassroots clubs nearby a regular, organised place to play the England Football Future Fit format without having to run it themselves.
What happens on a Saturday
Six 3v3 pitches run side by side. Teams play six rounds of eight-minute matches with a two-minute changeover in between, so every child gets several short games rather than one long match. When a Saturday is fully booked, twelve Future Fit teams take part. There are no scores, tables or rankings — U7 football is non-competitive.

How clubs register
Clubs sign up once. Choose your club from the NEHYL member club list, add the name and contact details of the person organising your U7s, and your account is linked to your club. If your club isn't listed you can register it manually and we'll review it.
How clubs book
Pick a Saturday, tell us how many U7 players you're bringing and confirm. Places are held in Future Fit teams, so a Saturday fills at twelve teams. If a Saturday is full you can join the waiting list and we'll offer you any space that's released.
How Future Fit teams are calculated
Every three players makes one 3v3 team, so nine players is three Future Fit teams and ten players is still three. You never enter any information about individual children — only how many players are coming. See the worked examples for squad sizes.
How Team Facilitators work
Future Fit replaces the referee with an adult Team Facilitator on each pitch. Because a pitch holds two teams, each club provides one facilitator for every two Future Fit teams it brings. Clubs add their facilitators once and then pick them from a list when booking. Read what a Team Facilitator does.
